The cost of the appointments is 100% based on the time spent on your case. This starts with reviewing labs and questionnaires and ends with ordering labs, creating instructions and sending in prescriptions - so it will include more than just the time spent face to face, on zoom or on the phone. Dr. Birkmeier-Fredal strives to work quickly and efficiently to help minimize your out-of-pocket costs, and does record the beginning and ending time of your appointments on your invoice. Most appointments are between 10-60 minutes and charged as follows:

10 minutes - $90

20 minutes - $180

30 minutes - $270

60 minutes - $540

30 minutes - $300
